Cancellation Policy

Initial Consultation & Booking Policy Our initial phone or video consultation is designed to assess your communications or business management/ business strategy needs. During this session, we will review your goals and offer insights into building a basic plan of action tailored to your brand or business. Required Pre-Consultation Step To secure your consultation, you must submit an official Business Services (link) or Hospitality Services Inquiry (link) at least five (5) days prior to your scheduled meeting. If your inquiry is not received in that timeframe, the session will be cancelled and must be rebooked with an additional fee. Consultation Fee & Policy The $150 consultation fee covers the time, preparation, and strategic research conducted in advance of your session. Our team dedicates real effort and resources—typically reserved for current clients—to deliver value during your meeting, whether or not you choose to proceed with our services. If you decide to move forward with a full package, your consultation fee will be credited toward your service total. Attendance & Rescheduling + Punctuality is required. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. We cannot extend meetings due to lateness. + Missed sessions must be rebooked and will require a new payment. + All sales are final.
